Quality Experience Lead
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Quality Experience Lead, where you will be responsible for leading the complaint handling process and ensuring all necessary information is gathered and documented.
The successful candidate will have experience in a quality role in the food industry, with a strong understanding of microbiology and auditing. They will also be required to advise on CAPA, coordinate with QMS, Product and Process teams, and Production departments to address and resolve complaints effectively.
This role involves being the main customer contact person for strategic partners and key customers, responding to requests from customers such as customer questionnaires in a professional and commercially focused manner. The role also requires delivering proactive support to NPD and Sales on quality and food safety matters.
