We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers' needs are met, and promoting the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact with customers, answering service-related calls, and meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ensure that all customers' concerns are correctly captured on the job card, record customers' details accurately, and clarify payment options at the time of booking.
* Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the vehicle and associated service requirements.
* Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customers to communicate and receive approval and authorisation regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services.

Requirements:

* Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance, and work ethic.
* Experience in the motor industry would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Full clean driver's licence.
* Good technical understanding of vehicles.
