Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present quality dishes in a timely fashion, meeting the agreed standard.
• Work effectively with the Executive Head Chef to achieve kitchen goals and standards.
• Engage with guests, responding promptly to feedback and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and motivate team members.
• Basic knowledge of product management and customer service principles.
