Mechanical Contracts Manager - Ballymena - Permanent We are seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a high-quality specialist contractor who specialize in a wide range ofbuilding and construction services, with expertise in Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Building Services, Facilities Management and Energy Solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Mechanical Contracts Manager will be the reporting into the Divisional Director on various project within Building Services on Healthcare, Higher Education, Life Science and Office Fit out projects from £5-£35M. The ideal candidate will be looking after the Mechanical building services on site. You will have an excellent understanding of the full project lifecycle including the project contract obligations in particular, procurement, commercial and quality. The Mechanical Contract Managers roles and responsibilities include: The ability to read drawings & specifications and extract all information to allow accurate costing Inductions of personnel onto site, carry out daily briefs, toolbox talks, preparing and issuing RAMS, monitoring H&S plan Liaising with subcontractors & specialists, coordination of works, troubleshooting Criteria: At least 8 years within Project/Contract Management An excellent understanding of the full project lifecycle including the project contract obligations in particular, procurement, commercial and quality To manage a project from start to finish Trade or engineer background is preferred An excellent understanding of the full project lifecycle including the project contract obligations in particular, procurement, commercial and quality Riada Resourcing is an equal opportunities employer.
