Overview
Administrator (Property) - Dublin 2. Full-time, office-based role supporting the Lettings Team with administrative tasks and tenancy documentation.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Lettings Team, ensuring tenancy documentation is prepared and updated accurately.
* Oversee tenancy applications from start to finish, addressing potential issues early.
* Respond to lettings enquiries and viewing requests promptly and professionally.
* Manage the lettings calendar, scheduling viewings and appointments through Outlook.
* Handle incoming calls, route queries appropriately, and take clear, accurate messages.
* Log and track lettings enquiries to maintain organisation.
* Prepare reports, statistics, and general correspondence when needed.
* Take care of everyday office duties such as document formatting, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
* Process RTB registrations efficiently and on time.
* 1+ years of experience in an administrative role within the property, construction or facilities sectors.
