Key Responsibilities:
* Receive inbound customer communications and address them in a professional and friendly manner.
* Provide troubleshooting support across our designated medical/biomedical product range by analyzing customer problems and asking relevant questions to resolve.
* Document complaints and investigation conclusions through written reports and phone conversations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant science discipline.
* Fluent language skills in German and English are essential for this role.
* Desirable: 1-year experience working in a medical/clinical environment or in a customer-facing support role in an associated industry, with excellent customer experience skills.
