Your new role includes
Coordinating and managing the daily schedules of caregivers and clients.
Assessing client care needs and matching them with appropriate caregivers.
Resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing any last-minute changes efficiently.
Communicating effectively with caregivers regarding schedule changes and client needs.
Maintaining accurate records of caregiver availability and client appointments.
Monitoring caregiver performance and client satisfaction on a regular basis.
Experience you need
Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate schedules and manage changes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining professional relationships with clients and team members.
Proficiency in using scheduling software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of healthcare or home care practices is advantageous.
Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles is preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and client care.
