As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities:
* Source and develop new client leads
* Drive new account sales by demonstrating the benefits of the company’s products and services
* Introduce new client business to achieve or exceed monthly targets
* Convert leads into sales; ensure high-quality interaction with potential clients
* Ensure effective communication and client satisfaction regarding their needs and interests, providing sales representation
* Generate and retain clients and follow up on client matters
* Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
* Identify business opportunities and potential clients, negotiating to create profitable accounts
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
* Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in the forex industry
* Proficiency in Google Apps and computer literacy
* Ability to work under pressure, face challenges, and adapt to changes
* Proactive approach to business operations
* Willingness and ability to travel when required
