Food Production Manager
We are seeking a skilled Food Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing food production operations, including stock takes, cost price calculation, and portion control.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety regulations, including hygiene and EHO compliance. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Seasonal update of offerings
* Maintaining clean working stations while adhering to health and safety standards
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering great food and presentation, as well as in-depth knowledge and experience in fresh food management. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
This is a full-time position with 39 hours per week, available on rotating weekends. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be dependable, and have a good work ethic.
Required qualifications include a professional culinary qualification (Culinary arts/HACCP) and at least one year's experience in a kitchen environment.
