We are seeking talented graduates to join our Airline Industry's Future Leaders programme.
This is a unique opportunity for you to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will have the chance to rotate through various key business areas, including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, HR Information Systems, Employer Relations, and Flight Operations Base Management.
One of these rotations will take place abroad, most likely in our Malta or Vienna offices.
To be successful, you should have a strong academic record, with a minimum of 2.1, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
