Payroll Team Lead
We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to manage our payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing weekly payrolls for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely submission of revenue returns and accurate bank payment processing.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years' experience in a payroll role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process weekly payrolls for multiple clients
* Prepare and submit tax returns in a timely manner
* Accurately process bank payments
* Respond to day-to-day queries from clients
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
* Perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
* At least 1–2 years' experience in a payroll role (essential)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
* IPASS certification is a plus
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-motivated with high initiative and responsibility
