This is an opportunity to work on a transformative regeneration project to revitalise the area between Dominick Street Upper and St. Mary’s Place. You will be joining Duggan Brothers (Contractors) Ltd, a trusted name in Irish construction, with a strong track record in delivering high-profile civic and community infrastructure.The Dorset Street – St. Mary’s Place Renewal Project, led by Dublin City Council, is a major regeneration initiative transforming the area between Dominick Street Upper and St. Mary’s Place. The development will deliver 163 sustainable homes—apartments, duplexes, and houses—alongside community facilities such as a childcare centre, café, commercial space, and boxing club. Blending modern design with respect for local heritage, the project features buildings of three to seven storeys while preserving landmarks like the Dorset Street Fire Station. With a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and community integration, it aims to revitalise the neighbourhood, enhance urban vibrancy, and support Dublin’s long-term housing and infrastructure needs. Ultimately, the project provides modern, high-quality living while safeguarding Dublin’s architectural heritage, ensuring a thriving and connected community for the future.Position: Intermediate Quantity SurveyorRequirement: ImmediateLocation: DublinJob type: Permanent, full-timeMinimum experience required: 3-5 yearsRole and ResponsibilitiesAs a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on the Dorset Street project, you will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of this project, acting as the link between design, construction, and cost control.
