Job Title
Field Marketing Senior Consultant is a senior-level role that involves overseeing regional or cross-channel marketing initiatives.
As a dynamic and results-oriented professional, you will manage event planning and vendor relationships, develop sales enablement tools, and create post-event activity reports.
You will help drive and execute regional and centrally managed marketing programs with a focus on delivering measurable results by aligning marketing activities with business KPIs and generating high-quality sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Planning: Working on all aspects of event planning and execution, including programming, content creation, schedule management, in-person planning, and vendor coordination.
* Event Success: Developing comprehensive event playbooks, sales kits, and communication plans to support event success.
* Post-Event Reporting: Creating and delivering detailed post-event activity reports and performance assessments, providing actionable insights for future events.
* Content Creation: Providing production management support for live-streaming and video editing, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
* Marketing Programs: Executing and developing regional and centrally managed marketing programs, including content creation (blog, website, localisations), to drive regional or cross-channel engagement.
* Newsletter Management: Coordinating the creation and distribution of recurring marketing newsletter content, ensuring timely and relevant information delivery.
* Campaign Management: Working on regional or cross-channel marketing budgets and tracking ROI and provide performance assessments leverage marketing tools (CRM, automation) to manage campaigns and track performance, while acting as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximise marketing impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in field marketing or event management, demonstrating strong Project Management and Campaign + Event Planning skills.
Proven ability to manage event planning and vendor relationships, including Logistics Coordination and Agency Coordination.
Strong Content Development skills, with experience creating marketing materials for various channels and audiences, coupled with experience in livestreaming management and technical event execution, including institutional and cloud knowledge.
Second language desirable - French, German and Spanish
