Senior Event Management Professional
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in event management and be able to effectively oversee the daily operations of our banqueting department. This includes ensuring exceptional guest experience, maintaining high standards of service, and providing seamless execution of events according to guest requirements.
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, decorations, and entertainment.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth event execution and exceed client expectations.
* Direct and motivate staff to achieve exceptional results, delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations.
* Proven experience in a similar role within a 4-star or higher establishment.
* Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage, Customer Service, and Communication Skills.
* Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
* Extensive experience in C&B staff training, customer service, and service etiquette.
