Key Responsibilities for this Retail Management Position
* Manage the store's day-to-day operations to drive success from the start.

* Ensure visual merchandising is aligned with brand guidelines and maintains a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
Requirements:
Requirements for this Retail Management Role
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar retail management position.
* Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills to lead and motivate the team.
* Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering a great in-store experience and building strong relationships with customers.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
* Organised, proactive, and hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively.
* Experience with POS systems and stock management to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Interest in sports, fitness, or apparel is beneficial but not essential.
