We are seeking an experienced Automation Team Lead to join our team and drive the delivery of automation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers, ensuring that all solutions comply with relevant industry standards and best practices.
Job Description:
* The Automation Team Lead will lead, mentor, and manage a team of automation engineers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
* Review, validate, and approve automation system designs, control system architectures, and PLC/HMI/SCADA programming deliverables.
* Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and procurement to align technical deliverables with project schedules and budgets.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Mechatronic or electrical engineering background with strong leadership skills is essential for this role.
* The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge in automation systems design principles as well as PLC/HMI/SCADA programming methodologies.
