Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located at Courtmacsherry Hotel. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and professional presence at the front desk. Responsibilities will include handling reservations, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining accurate records, and addressing guest inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. Additional tasks may include basic administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including welcoming guests, managing reservations, and coordinating check-ins and check-outs
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest inquiries and ensure a positive guest experience
* Knowledge of Phone Etiquette and ability to professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls
* Competence in Clerical Skills, such as record-keeping and basic administrative duties
* Proficiency in using hotel booking systems or basic computer programs is an advantage
* Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
* A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
* Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is preferred
