Responsibilities
Responsible for detailed equity accounting and analysis, including complex partnership equity accounting analysis and management fee / carried interest computations
Responsible for corporate reporting including preparation of quarterly financial statements and conducting analysis.
Coordination of audits with external auditors
Involvement with operational duties including month end close, expense analysis, regulatory reporting, banking and cash management reconciliations, etc.
Assist with ad-hoc requests, investor questions, and work with colleagues across the business
Frequent project coordination work
Assist in driving process improvement and simplification
Qualifications
ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant with 6+ years PQE
Big 4 / Top 10 trained is a distinct advantage
Understanding of private funds, partnership accounting and financial instruments
Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
Advanced user of Excel and highly proficient with MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Proven ability to manage multiple demands and pro
