The role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to join our consulting team.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

Academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: 7+ years of proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, resources, and timelines; familiarity with manipulating large datasets, cleaning, transforming, analyzing, and extracting insights efficiently; sound knowledge of processes, products and services within Financial Services, especially Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, or Securities Services.
Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively, to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.
Relationship Building: Strong ability to foster trust-based, long-term relationships across all organizational levels through integrity, accountability and top‑notch personal and team delivery
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and motivating team members.
Language skills: Proficiency in English, professional working proficiency in Italian is nice-to-have

Your impact:

Coordinating Strategic Projects: Simultaneously manage multiple strategic client projects, including work plan development, KPI definition, resource management, and risk mitigation.
Process Optimization: Define Process Mapping, Process Improvements, Target Operating Models, as well as KPIs and SLAs to enhance operational efficiency.
Leading Meetings: Organize and lead strategic meetings, including SteerCos with senior client leaders.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Business Development: Support business development efforts, including the preparation of RFPs and other client proposals.
Training and coaching others: Contribute to team growth by providing on‑the‑job coaching and leading training sessions to support colleagues' professional development.
