Sr Mid-Market Solution Consultant - Spanish speaking, Dublin
We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Solution Consultant (SC) to join the rapidly growing Presales Digital team at ServiceNow, based in Dublin, Ireland. As an SC, you will provide expert-level technical and business solution consultancy during the presales process, supporting the sales force and partners through proposal production, product demonstrations, and Business Value Assessments. Your role is crucial in conveying the value of ServiceNow solutions to customers and prospects.
Job Responsibilities
Assist Digital Sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery.
Participate in the sales lifecycle to acquire new customers.
Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners.
Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers.
Create product demo scripts and scenarios, maintaining demonstration environments.
Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements.
Respond to RFI/RFP documents.
Stay current on product developments for demos and POC/POV.
Support marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
Understand competitive differentiators and market positioning.
Address business and technical problems, including regulations, security, and evolving needs.
Conduct transition briefings with Sales and Professional Services.
Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.
Qualifications
Experience in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
3+ years in a pre-sales role within SaaS or PaaS environments.
Strong listening skills and solution-oriented approach.
Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Background in ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, IT Management, or Security Operations is advantageous.
