Career Opportunities
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated individual. The ideal Finance Administrator will play a key role in providing exceptional financial support and insight to your stakeholders, whilst at the same time ensuring that the company complies with its statutory obligations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and processing reimbursements. If you have a background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities, we’d like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities

Manage financial and accounting processes at businesses, companies, and organizations.
Perform financial planning, oversee financial activities, and prepare financial reports.
Assist in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
Process receipts, invoices, and sales.
Inspect financial information and gauge company performance.
Prepare and roll out monthly account payments.
Ensure the company adheres to industry-specific financial rules and regulations.
Maintain daily income and expenditure.
Prepare financial reports to outline company health using balance sheets and income statements.
Maintain financial records, including bank statements and accounting records.
Manage cash flow by monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasting.
Collaborate with the finance team to support various financial tasks and projects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial administration processes.

Education & Experience

BSc degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics or relevant sector.
Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
IPASS certification Beneficial
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
Previous experience of integrations an advantage
