We are looking for a proactive, highly organised Divisional Administrator to provide administrative support across multiple teams in a busy division. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organisation and planning skills, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate meetings, events, and business travel, including catering and registrationsAttend meetings, take notes, and prepare minutesMaintain records, files, and internal intranet pagesSupport procurement, budgeting, and expense monitoringAssist with diary management and general administrative tasks across teamsContribute to the preparation and implementation of the annual work programmeRequirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administrative roleStrong communication, organisational, and planning skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to multitaskProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)Experience with diary management and organising events
