The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients and to our engineers and will have a strong appreciation of engineering services, especially mechanical and electrical.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all progress is captured and updated on the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systemFollow up on all statutory works to ensure the client is compliantBring all calls for assigned clients to billing stageKeep all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) worksheets compliant and updated regularlyRespond to customer requirements in a timely mannerMonitor and coordinate service delivery by engineering team in tandem with LMC HelpdeskComplete a technical review of all technicians’ reportsSourcing materials and services and providing the client with competitive pricesOther duties as assignedSkills and ExperienceMust be fluent English speaker and be permitted to work in IrelandExcellent communication and customer care skillsAt least three years’ experience in a similar roleStrong mechanical/electrical backgroundAbility to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workAbility to make decisions and work without close supervisionPensionIncome ProtectionEAPLife InsuranceJob TypeFull-time, PemanentJob LocationClondalkin, Dublin 22
