Our mission is to empower children and families to move forward with clarity and confidence.Contractors As a contractor, you can continue in your primary role while partnering with us.Our dedicated admin and scheduling supportensureyou have the time and headspace to focus solely on your clinical work during your contracted hours.The successful Psychologist will: The successful Psychologist's primary focus will be on pediatric assessments with options to deliver intervention and bespoke projects where suitable.Reporting to the Principal Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering impactful psychological support.As a psychologist you will: Provide a quality Psychology Assessment Service the children and families allocated to you.Be responsible for the provision of a high-quality Psychology service in accordance with standards of professional practice in Constellation Healthcare.Be responsible for the carrying out of Assessments and working with other clinicians to determine outcome and results.Attend an MDT meeting to discuss findings, recommendations and complete the Summary Report.Lead the assessment process through MDT and Clinical Governance Feedback.Benefits Excellent market leading pay rates Flexible work schedule to suit your availability, including weekend work if desired Leave the scheduling to us
- your dedicated Regional Manager will handle scheduling and administration.Quality and Governance Team to support with report submissions, ensuring compliance with clinical standards Essential assessment tools available to you.IT Equipment Operational & Clinical Support Scheduling is managed for you, your Regional Manager will handle all bookings.Support from our Clinical Lead Our Quality and Standards Team provides guidance with report submissions and ensures compliance with clinical standards.Eligibility Criteria: Have a university degree or diploma (QQ1 level 8 equivalent) obtained with 1st or 2nd class honours in which Psychology was taken as a major subject and honours obtained in that subject.Have an Irish post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology Or An equivalent qualification from another jurisdiction validated by the Department of Health.Application for this post must be inclusive of letter of validation.And Demonstrate expertise in working conducting paediatric assessments, along with a strong understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration and family-centred practice.Exhibit a high level of suitability for effectively fulfilling the responsibilities of the role.A minimum of 1 years satisfactory post-graduate experience in the area of professional psychology, no more than three years of which is spent in gaining the post-graduate professional qualification and no less than two years full-time spent in post-qualification experience as a professional psychologist Be eligible to work in Ireland.
