About the Role
We are seeking a Branch Advisor to join our team in Monaghan. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have an excellent experience when interacting with us.
1. Greet and engage with customers on the banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs
2. Guide customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Direct them to Teller/Customer Service if required
3. Handle basic queries and complaints – direct them to senior staff as required
4. Engage with customers using iPads, update customer information and sales needs
Cash handling – process and manage cash lodgements at Teller as required. Responsible for balancing cash at the end of day & managing levels throughout day.>
