Key Responsibilities
Lead NPI projects from development through manufacturing integration
Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence
Support automation initiatives and capital projects
Ensure regulatory and quality compliance
Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams
Experience Required
BSc (MSc desirable) in Engineering
3–5+ years’ NPI experience in regulated manufacturing
Strong track record delivering product launches into production
Project Management and Lean Six Sigma advantageous
