Are you an experienced IT Service Manager with a passion for continuous improvement and service delivery? Our client — a growing Irish financial services company — is undergoing exciting IT transformation work and is looking for a seasoned IT Operations Manager to join their expanding team in Dublin West.
You’ll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day IT service operations, building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the business. This is a great opportunity to step into a role with influence and visibility during a period of growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Supporting the Head of IT Ops in delivering high-quality services across the ITIL lifecycle
2. Leading incident & problem management processes, identifying root causes and implementing preventative solutions
3. Managing and improving supplier relationships and performance
4. Driving process documentation, compliance (DORA, ISO), and audit support
5. Becoming an advocate for IT Service Management across the entire business
What We’re Looking For:
1. 7+ years in IT Service Management, ideally within a regulated financial services environment
2. Strong understanding of ITIL (certified in v3 or v4) and DORA regulations
3. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Autotask
4. A confident communicator and negotiator with top-tier stakeholder/vendor management skills
5. Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments
