About the Role: As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will take a leading role in delivering high-quality, family-centred physiotherapy services to children and young people with developmental needs. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessments, interventions, and support to help children achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments of gross motor skills and physical development. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with families and team members. Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior staff and students. Participate in interdisciplinary planning and team assessments. Contribute to the development and improvement of physiotherapy services within the CDNT. Requirements: Essential: A recognized degree in Physiotherapy. CORU registration or eligibility to register. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year in paediatrics or disability. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Desirable: Experience in seating and mobility, orthotics, or neurodevelopmental therapy. Previous experience in a multidisciplinary team setting. Evidence of continuing professional development.
