We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated team member to join us at Wag N Tails Pet Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves animals, has a genuine interest in pet nutrition, and enjoys helping customers find the best for their pets.
What you'll do:
* Provide excellent customer service with a warm, welcoming approach
* Advise customers on pet nutrition and products (full training provided)
* Assist in the day-to-day care of animals in-store
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for pets and customers
* Work on own initiative
* Open & close store
What we're looking for:
Fluent spoken and written English
Genuine interest in pet nutrition and willingness to learn
Be physically fit as there can be a lot of heavy lifting of pet food
Relevant qualification – e.g. Animal Care & Science (FETAC Level 5 or 6, or equivalent)
Checkable references
Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable team player
Hours: 24 hours per week on a set rota
