You are visible, your talents are valued, and you are empowered to shape the future of payments.As a Product Owner, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world's payments ecosystemThe purpose of the Product Owner role is:Accountable for managing and communicating the Merchant Fraud Management product requirements and strategy to their stakeholders, customers, and scrum team(s). Responsible for prioritizing the product backlog, defining acceptance criteria, and vertically slicing user stories and epics to maximize the value of their teams' development efforts. Participates in all Agile activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint review. Make decisions about product features and is available to assist the scrum team, stakeholders, and customers with product questions.   A typical day at ACI for a Product Owner is:Communicates the product requirements to all stakeholders, customers, and agile team(s)Prioritizes the backlog to maximize the value of the team's development  Performs backlog maintenance regularly and consistentlyClarifies user story requirements and answers team(s) questionsCreates clear and testable acceptance criteria for user stories and epicsParticipates in Scrum team meetings (grooming, planning, review, retrospectives, etc.)  Ensures user stories are small enough to be completed in a single sprintEnsures that all epics have quantifiable business value  Experiments with the team to constantly improve processes and quality  Shares product expertise with the agile team(s), stakeholders, and customers.  Maximizes the business value with a focus on high-quality working software  Understand and adhere to all corporate policies including but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Perform other duties as assigned.
