Our retail stores are at the heart of our busiest season, and we are seeking confident, action-focused leaders to ensure our Q4 retail presence is executed to the highest standard.
The Role
This year, The Head Plan is excited to open in Brown Thomas, Cork, with our premium pop-up store for the busiest and most exciting season of the year. We're looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join us and bring our brand to life in-store
The Role
As a Seasonal Retail Assistant, you'll be the face of The Head Plan on the shop floor. You'll create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer, offering advice, support, and product recommendations that help them on their personal growth journey. From serving customers to merchandising shelves, you'll play a vital role in making our pop-ups a success.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service, inspiring and guiding customers in choosing the right products for their needs
* Confidently explain and recommend products, including personalisation services
* Support daily store operations: replenishing stock, merchandising displays, and keeping the store looking its best
* Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding in-store experience
* Be flexible with hours, working evenings, weekends, and key trading dates (including Christmas Eve, Stephen's Day and New Years Eve)
About You
* Passionate about customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
* Interested in wellness, personal growth, or journaling (a big plus)
* Confident, approachable, and comfortable engaging with customers on the shop floor
* Reliable, flexible, and resilient in a busy retail environment
* A strong team player who contributes positively and brings energy to the team
* Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided
