You'll be doing things like: Supervising mechanical crews day to day Keeping timelines tight and quality high Making sure the safety paperwork isn't just box-ticking - it actually means something Reporting progress and sorting problems before they become issues Being the go-to person for technical support on site To do this well, you'll need: Hands-on experience leading mechanical teams on live construction or engineering sites A strong grip on safety, quality, and site coordination The confidence to deal with subcontractors and get them aligned Good communication - up, down, and across Why join us?
