As Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve store targets and uphold Company standards.
Ensure the highest levels of customer service and store presentation at all times.
Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock control, ordering, cash management, and merchandising.
Drive sales performance, margin, and profitability through effective planning and team engagement.
Maintain full compliance with Company Policies, HACCP, and Health & Safety Regulations.
Support and implement business initiatives, marketing promotions, and community engagement activities.
Managing staffing levels, rostering, and performance in line with business needs.
Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Retail Management role, ideally within a supermarket or grocery environment.
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
A hands-on approach, with the ability to motivate and lead by example.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster as required.
