Our client is a medical devices factory located in Athenry.
Full training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Support: Assist the Operations team in all documents requiredCompliance & Documentation: Ensure all necessary documents and method statements are in place before industrial works begin, and assist with filing and uploading of paperwork and training documents.Meeting Coordination: Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas, and take minutes to support team collaboration.Inventory & Reporting: Work with relevant departments to manage inventory and prepare monthly reports/KPIs.Time & Attendance: Review time and attendance reporting in collaboration with the Payroll department.Required Skills & Experience2-3 years of experience in an administration role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reporting.Time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Hours of Work:This role is an on-site, full-time position based in Athenry and the contract is for 6 months.Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pmOR Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pmHourly Rate: €15.90Apply today!
