Finishing Supervisor – Residential Projects
Our client, a top Tier 1 contractor, is currently seeking two experienced Finishing Supervisors to join residential projects located in Tallaght and Ashtown, Dublin. These roles are ideal for professionals with a strong background in internal finishes and final handover preparation.
Responsibilities
* Oversee finishing works including internals, snagging, and handover coordination
* Manage subcontractors and ensure high-quality delivery of finishes
* Maintain safety and quality standards on-site
* Liaise with site management and trades to resolve issues efficiently
* Ensure timely completion of finishing phases according to programme
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman/Supervisor on residential projects
* Strong knowledge of fit-out and internal works
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and meet deadlines
