FINTEC recruit is seeking a Medical Testing Laboratory Manager, this is a permanent position based in Dublin with salary 60,000 to 80,000 euros plus benefits.
You will be responsible for daily operations of a medical testing laboratory, ensuring quality, control & compliance while working closing with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Daily operations within a medical testing laboratoryManaging quality, control and compliance, meeting regulatory requirements/standardsInput reports and data using laboratory IT Systems and technologyExperience of team supervisory/ management.Skills and Qualifications required for the Medical Testing Laboratory Manager position: Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.Supervisory or management experience within a clinical laboratory setting Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
Including ISO, IQC & EQAAbility to work effectively in a fast - paced environment and manage priorities Proficiency in relevant laboratory information systems and technology Professional certification (e.g., ASCP, AMT) is a plus and CORU Registration is an Essential.
Possess at least 7 years full time clinical experience as a Medical Scientist in a clinical diagnostic laboratory,2 years year's of which were spent in a promotional post (e.g.
