This role requires collaboration with senior leaders within functional groups as coaches and mentors. You'll develop and execute people strategy with respective business leaders to drive outcomes in employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, culture, change management, and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
You'll be accountable for the strategic direction of HR support for designated functional groups while ensuring strategic direction aligns with overall organizational strategy. Participate, develop, and execute HR strategies, goals, objectives, and projects to support growth, people development, increased engagement, and retention.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the technology or high-growth sector. Proficiency in English and one or more additional languages is required. Post-secondary diploma/degree specialization in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is necessary. Professional certification in Human Resources is an asset.
