Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, boost conversions and enhance online brand visibility.
Working closely with the marketing and eCommerce teams, this role supports strategic business goals, improves customer engagement and maintains consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, efficiently managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Role and Responsibilities: Pricing Management: Regularly update and review pricing for Aran.com, Weavers of Ireland and Clan Brands.
Monitor currency fluctuations, especially USD rates, to ensure accurate pricing and protect profit margins.
Conduct competitor analysis and implement strategic pricing adjustments.
Collaborate with the eCommerce team to manage promotions and discounts.
Website Merchandising and Maintenance: Manage product recommendations and merchandising strategies via Clerk.io.
Maintain accurate, SEO-optimised and visually appealing product listings across brands.
Conduct audits and support seasonal product launches and updates.
Upload and update product images (new existing) using Shopify/BigCommerce, ensuring high-quality images.
Social Media Management: Develop and manage engaging social media content calendars (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
Coordinate content creation with videographers and creative teams.
Actively engage with followers, monitor trends and manage paid social campaigns.
Influencer Marketing: Execute influencer marketing strategies using Upfluence.
Recruit and manage influencer partnerships aligned with the brand's tone, values and target demographic.
Track campaign performance and expand user-generated content initiatives.
Collaborate with creative and social teams to align influencer content with brand storytelling and promotional calendars, especially for key Q4 events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Provide monthly reports on digital marketing metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo and Clerk.io.
Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaigns.
Additional Responsibilities : Support email marketing segmentation and content creation.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.
Skills and Experience: Third-level qualification in Marketing Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing Experience with Shopify preferred Organised, detail-focused and proactive Passionate about wellness and productivity Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, engaging style Competency with digital tools (e.g. Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools, Shopify, Clerk.io, Canva, CapCut, etc.) Experienced in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
