Senior Software Developer – Java
Location: Dublin, Hybrid 1 day per week
Contract Duration 12 months
Daily Rate €500-550

Our client is a leading multinational financial services corporation headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. They are looking for a talented Senior Java Developer in Test Engineer to join their team.
Role Responsibilities
* Focus on delivering code through automation, assisting DevOps, BizOps in the release process.
* Translate complex system requirements into detailed test plans and methods.
* Identify and implement advanced automation strategies.
* Set best practices for end-to-end application performance management.
* Oversee coding, testing, and review processes for unit and integration testing.
* Ensure quality and consistency of application codebases, aligning with development standards.
* Build and utilize automation frameworks, acceptance, and integration test automation scripts, and integrate with other tools.
* Operate effectively in high test automation environments.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years of experience in coding, testing, and review processes for unit and integration testing.
* Experience with distributed systems and messaging systems.
* Experience with relational databases, Oracle preferred.
* Proven success in maintaining application codebase quality and alignment.
* Proficiency in building and using automation frameworks and test scripts.
* Strong background in high test automation environments.
Interview process includes a 1-hour technical interview.
