Programme Coordinator - (Dublin 16)
Our client, who are world-class specialists in enabling and inspiring leadership performance, are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of executive education programmes. This role involves administrative, logistical, and project coordination responsibilities from planning through to execution. The coordinator reports to the Executive Education Client Manager and works closely with programme managers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality participant experience.
Location: Dublin 16
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
A hybrid work option is available, along with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate schedules, resources, and communications.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Update virtual learning systems and assist with participant queries.
* Support live workshops and the participant application process.
* Monitor programme progress and compile reports for stakeholders.
* Contribute to process improvements and internal workflow efficiency.
* Plan and manage all logistical elements of assigned programmes.
* Serve as the main contact for participants, clients, and facilitators.
* Coordinate materials, venue setup, and session logistics.
* Maintain budgets, process purchase orders, and track expenses.
* Prepare and distribute learning materials and resources.
* Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, assessments, and feedback.
* Build strong relationships and resolve issues as they arise.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 3+ years' experience in project coordination or programme administration.
* Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and virtual learning platforms is an advantage.
* Team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
