Quantity Surveyor Location: Dublin | Full-Time | Permanent Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 + Car Allowance, Pension & Benefits The Company A well-established main building contractor delivering high-profile construction projects across Dublin. The Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the full commercial and contractual management of building projects from pre-contract through to final account: Support post-tender and pre-contract commercial setup Procure subcontractors and manage subcontractor accounts through to final account Prepare valuations, variations, reports, and contractual correspondence Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cashflow Manage client communications and monthly commercial reporting Ensure timely submission of claims, notices, and final documentation The Person Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline 10+ years' experience with a main building contractor Strong commercial, contractual, and reporting capability Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills Proven ability to manage project finances and subcontractor relationships The Package €90,000 - €110,000 Negotiable DOE Car allowance pension, and additional benefits Long-term career progression on major Dublin projects The Location: Dublin BMS Performance specialises in recruiting Engineering professionals, nationally.
