* Undertaking managerial tasks in accordance with established standards
* Leading management shifts, overseeing all relevant activities
* Ensuring efficient and timely service to our guests
* Managing and coordinating functions and conferences hosted at the hotel
* Resolving guest complaints in a prompt and professional manner
* Upholding the highest standards of customer service at all times
* Assisting in staff training as required
* Contributing to Health and Safety measures for staff, guests, and other individuals on the premises
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a comparable role in the Hospitality sector
* High proficiency in both written and spoken English
* Exceptional interpersonal abilities
* Strong organisational and communication skills
