The Role We are looking for friendly, hardworking and reliable people to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable working both front-of-house and in the kitchen, and take pride in delivering excellent service.
You'll be involved in a mix of customer service, food prep, and general café operations.
Key Responsibilities Front of House: Welcome and serve customers with a smile Take orders and handle payments through POS system Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and cold drinks Maintain a clean and organised counter and seating area Ensure a high standard of customer care at all times Kitchen / Back of House: Prepare and assemble menu items such as toasties, salads, and breakfast dishes Support chefs with light prep and plating Follow food safety and hygiene procedures (HACCP compliance)Keep kitchen and prep areas clean and well-stocked Assist with daily opening and closing duties Requirements Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a busy environment Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends Experience in a café or restaurant environment preferred, but not essential – full training provided What We Offer A fun and supportive team environment Training in barista skills, food prep, and food safety Opportunities to grow as the business expands A welcoming, community-focused workplace To Apply: Please send your CV and a short note about yourself to, or drop your application into the café.
