Speech & Language Annotators
to support transcription and annotation work that directly improves customer interactions.

What you'll be doing
* Transcribe and annotate speech
to a high level of accuracy
* Turn established
annotation guidelines
into consistent daily work
* Collaborate with the
Annotation Program Manager
on workload scheduling and deliverables
* Work across multiple speech domains while maintaining quality and speed
What we're looking for
You'll do well here if you have:
* Strong
attention to detail
and follow-through
* Excellent
written and verbal communication
* Strong analytical thinking (spot patterns, flag issues, improve consistency)
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high accuracy
* Confidence working autonomously with minimal direction
* Native speaker
of one of the following:
French, Canadian French, Dutch, German, Japanese, Arabic, Hindi
* Excellent English
(must be bilingual)
* Strong computer literacy
* Typing speed:
50 WPM
* Comfortable working with technical teams
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Ideally some previous transcription & annotation experience
