We're seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join a growing finance team in Dublin, supporting colleagues across London, New York, and other global offices. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning and reporting, preferably within financial services.
What you'll do:
* Prepare monthly dashboards and performance analysis for senior leadership.
* Support global budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Build financial models and analysis to guide strategic initiatives.
* Collaborate with teams across Finance, Risk, Strategy, and HR.
* Contribute to financial reporting tasks and cross-team projects.
What we're looking for:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* 3+ years' FP&A experience (financial services preferred).
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (VBA a plus).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with senior stakeholders.
* Collaborative mindset and proactive approach.
