Role Responsibilities
* Supporting the store manager with day-to-day management tasks in-store;
* Training a dedicated team to deliver high-level customer service;
* Providing customer service from polishing lenses to giving tailored style advice;
* Helping us achieve our mission of becoming a more sustainable company every day.
This job requires 90% time spent on the shop floor and 10% in the back office.
