**Job Title:** Mechanical Engineer
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading mechanical contractor, working on a wide variety of projects that include high-density residential schemes, hotels, fitouts and office blocks. The company works with selected main contractors and wins repeat business directly from developers and main contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management of site safety in conjunction with the safety advisor
2. Setup, management and closing out of the safety file as part of the management team
. Management of project schedules in conjunction with other trades package leads consulting engineers client requirements assist-with-management-all-costs-associated-your-package-sub-contractors. You will manage day-to-day operations ensure weekly meetings sub-contractors issue direct labour hours subcontractor hours time administrator tracking centrally.
Close all project items including O & M Manuals Punch List Safety File QA File support mechanical package manager Implement weekly look ahead coordination other trades Issue internal progress report Schedule track material deliveries correspond project schedule Maintain photographic record daily activities All other duties associated this role… -----------------------------------
