Food and Beverage Manager
to join the Aloft Dublin city hotel

Job Responsibilities to include the following:
* Manage the service of food ans beverage within the hotel's gastropub restaurant, WXYZ Bar, Re:Fuel by Aloft, meeting venues, external area and other areas as required.
* Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest service quality.
* Co-ordinate/facilitate Food & Beverage and all other departments to ensure that preparations for conferences have been made.
* Market the Food and Beverage outlets; develop and manage the implementation of menus in consultation with the General Manager & Head Chef. This includes package deals, promotions, displays, decorations and presentations within corporate guidelines to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of the local market to meet/exceed sales and financial goals and objectives.
* Assist with the preparation of Food and Beverage monthly reports, commenting on key performance indicators.
* Manage the maintenance/sanitation of the Food and Beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the assets
,
comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
* Co-ordinate on job training for the F&B department.
The ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have:
* A genuine passion for hospitality, food and drink
* Good communications skills with a good command of English, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is essential
* A successful track record of managing a team
