Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to assist with mechanical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in mechanical or building services engineering and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with project preparation, including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-off's, and out-to-tender schedules. They will also prepare technical documentation, analyze returned tenders, and update delivery schedules.
Maintaining a register of contract variations, testing packs, and quality control through inspections and snagging is also a key aspect of the role. Additionally, the candidate will document and transmit information, and assist with financial control of contracts during the construction stage.
Liaising with clients and contractors on technical issues is essential for this position.
Requirements
