Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a large-scale civil infrastructure project. 1. Oversight and management of all project costs to ensure that projects are completed within budget. 2. Preparation and evaluation of cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for ongoing projects. 3. Management of NEC contracts, including interpretation of contract clauses, early warnings management, compensation events assessment 4. Analysing and assessing variations; managing claims in compliance with NEC guidelines; ensuring timely resolution of any contract issues; 5. Cost analysis and risk management for ongoing projects You will be working closely with the construction team to provide accurate financial information which is essential for effective decision-making.
